Job Summary
THRIVE AS A CAREGIVER AT SEVITA. Direct Support Professional provides community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene and daily living activities, helping participants achieve personal goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition), and facilitating engagement in community activities. Requires compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals who can coordinate with supervisors to support participants. The role includes a part-time schedule in Minot, ND, and requires a valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license for at least one year post permit
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report that meets Sevita's insurability policy
