Job Summary
Direct Support Professional at Sevita/ResCare Ohio provides person-centered services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, helping participants live more independently in home and community settings. You’ll build real relationships, support participants with personal hygiene, assist with goals related to budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and help participants engage in community activities. Requires compassion, patience, reliability, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle; educational requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent; six months of related experience preferred.
