Job Summary
Direct Support Professional at Sevita provides community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include helping participants with personal hygiene, supporting development goals (e.g., budgeting, exercise, nutrition), promoting participation in community activities, building real relationships with participants, and delivering compassionate, reliable care under supervision. Requires compassionate, patient demeanor; strong communication and teamwork; valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle. Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Required Qualifications
