Job Summary
Direct Support Professional at Sevita provides community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting participants with personal hygiene, supporting development goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition), helping participants participate in community activities, and fostering meaningful relationships. Requires compassionate, patient, reliable behavior; strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills; valid driver’s license with 1+ years’ driving experience. This is a full-time overnight/evening role with weekend hours (11pm-7am Thu-Sat and 3pm-11pm Sun). Eligible for full benefits and a 401(k) with company match. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Sevita emphasizes supportive supervision, learning and development, and the delivery of person-centered care to participants in the community.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license with 1+ years' driving experience is REQUIRED
