Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, fostering meaningful relationships and assisting with developmental goals like budgeting, nutrition, and exercise. Provide personal hygiene support and manage behavioral challenges while encouraging community participation and independence. Maintain a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle report to transport participants, adhering to a Wednesday-to-Wednesday 7-on-7-off schedule from 9pm to 8am. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report that meets Sevita's insurability policy
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
