Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, fostering meaningful relationships and helping participants achieve developmental goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Assist with personal hygiene and manage behavioral challenges while encouraging community participation and independence. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets Sevita insurability policy
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of vehicle insurance
