Job Summary
Direct Support Professional at Sevita delivering community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll assist with personal hygiene, support participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs, help participants grow and participate in community activities, and build meaningful relationships. Requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; weekend shifts and on-call relief are part of the role. Compensation is $18.50 per hour with full-time benefits; education requirement is High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum six months of relevant experience; essential skills include communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management. Vehicle with proof of insurance is required.
