Direct Support Professional to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently through support in budgeting, meal planning, healthy living, communication, and community engagement. Build meaningful relationships as a trusted mentor and advocate, promote inclusion in community events and activities, assist with daily living skills including meal preparation, medication administration, transportation, and personal care, and contribute to a compassionate, patient, and respectful care environment. Bring a reliable, compassionate approach and a commitment to quality to a mission-driven team; starting pay is $15.25/hour with full benefits and growth opportunities.
