Job Summary
Direct Support Professional role providing community-based care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include fostering meaningful relationships, helping participants grow and participate in the community, supporting personal goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition), and assisting with personal hygiene and behaviors that may present challenges. Day shift, 32 hours/week (Sun/Tues/Thurs/Sat 7am-3pm) in Pittsburgh, PA; requires a valid driver''s license. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license with 1+ years' driving experience
