Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professional providing person-centered care to Sevita participants: assist with daily living, personal hygiene, and support individuals with developmental goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition); help participants participate in community activities; build real, meaningful relationships, demonstrate patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility; must have a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance; education required is a high school diploma or equivalent; six months of relevant experience preferred; strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills needed; role at Sevita includes training and development and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
