Job Summary
Provide habilitation services to clients as prescribed in their service plans, including activities of daily living, domestic living, recreation, and socialization. Assist clients in skill development and ensure nutritional needs are met according to prescribed diets. With appropriate training and supervision, administer medication to clients as assigned while complying with medical policies. Report immediately any deficiencies, abuse, or facility safety issues to management. This role offers a salary of $20.00/Hr and includes 1199 union benefits. Applicants must have an HS Diploma or GED, with one year of experience in direct services preferred.

Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- One year's experience providing direct services to developmentally disabled persons
- AMAP certification
- SCIP-R certification
- CPR & First Aid certification
