Job Summary
Provide habilitation services to clients as prescribed in their service plans, including activities of daily living, domestic living, recreation, and socialization. Administer medication to clients with appropriate training and supervision while ensuring nutritional needs are met according to prescribed diets. Report immediately any observed deficiencies, abuse, or facility safety issues to management. This role offers a maximum hourly rate of $20.00, requires a high school diploma or GED, and provides access to 1199 union benefits and a 10-percent internal promotion rate. Required Qualifications
