Job Summary
Provide habilitation services to clients as prescribed in their service plans, including activities of daily living, domestic living, recreation, and socialization. Administer medication to clients with appropriate training and supervision, ensuring compliance with medical policies. Meet assigned clients' nutritional needs according to prescribed diets and assist with feeding. Report immediately any deficiencies, abuse, or facility safety issues to management. This role offers a starting salary of $19.00/hour with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 10-percent internal promotion rate.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- One year's experience providing direct services to developmentally disabled persons
- AMAP certification
- SCIP-R certification
- CPR & First Aid certification
