Job Summary
Provides close supervision for individuals as per treatment plans, participates in program planning meetings, maintains documentation, and ensures safe transportation of individuals. Responsible for maintaining agency property, complying with regulations, and obtaining necessary certifications. Requires high school diploma or GED and a valid NYS driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of high school diploma or GED
- A clean and valid NYS driver’s license required
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities/traumatic brain injured preferred
- Ability to complete SCIP and AMAP training
