Job Summary
Residential Counselors provide support and implement recreational wellness and transitional activities to At-Risk Adolescent Females (12-22) while maintaining a positive, safe, and healthy environment. Responsibilities include demonstrating good judgment in policies, addressing residents' emotional and physical needs, providing crisis intervention, contributing to the formulation of individual treatment plans, transporting residents, supervising personal hygiene routines, and teaching daily living and socialization skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Clean and Valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with adolescents (preferred)
- A strong belief in others ability to grow and change
