Job Summary
The position involves providing close supervision to individuals according to their treatment plans and ensures continual supervision when required. Responsibilities include participating in program planning meetings, managing individuals' possessions, documenting care, transporting individuals safely, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Certifications in SCIP-R and AMAP are necessary, and attendance in mandatory training and staff meetings is expected.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of high school diploma or GED
- A clean and valid NYS driver’s license required
- Ability to complete SCIP and AMAP training
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities/traumatic brain injured preferred
