Job Summary
Direct Support Professional for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 7a-11p) in Silver Spring, MD. Provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges, assist with personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing), follow individualized care plans, document progress, administer medications per policy, maintain a safe environment, use approved behavior support techniques, and encourage community engagement. Some roles may require travel between Residential to Day programs. Must have a High school diploma or GED; driving license with acceptable driving history; ability to lift/pull 50+ lbs.
