Direct Support Professional (San Bernardino)

Design and schedule daily job activities tailored to clients' unique interests, then safely transport a small group of three clients from the office to various community locations. Provide individual and group supervision during both community outings and on-site activities while employing diverse training strategies to help clients reach personal, vocational, social, and physical goals. Maintain daily case notes and provide constructive feedback to track client progression toward program objectives. This role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they pursue job opportunities and build skills for independent living.
