Job Summary
Support individuals with daily activities, personal goals, and life skills while encouraging independence, dignity, and community inclusion. Build positive relationships with individuals, families, caregivers, and community partners by planning meaningful activities based on each person's goals. Help individuals connect with their communities through work, volunteer, and social opportunities while following health and safety practices to provide high-quality support. Complete documentation using basic mobile and computer systems and drive between locations in San Bernardino, Highland, and Redlands. This community-based role offers flexible scheduling and benefits starting on Day 1, including full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
