Job Summary
Support daily routines including cooking, cleaning, and personal care for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assist individuals with mobility, transfers, and hygiene while ensuring safety and well-being. Help clients engage in community activities like outings, drives, and meals. Follow care plans, communicate with families, and complete documentation. Provide consistent, one-on-one support tailored to each client's specific goals and needs.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Smartphone required
- Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements
- CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)
