Job Summary
Supervise individuals with intellectual and behavioral health needs in community-based residential settings, coordinating clinical interventions and facilitating activities of daily living. Administer medication, provide transportation, and support meal prep, hygiene, and toileting while ensuring participation in community integration activities and medical appointments. Complete required documentation and fulfill client program plan obligations. This part-time role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and ability to utilize basic computer applications.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Subject to employment screenings, including FBI clearance (fingerprinting)
- Basic computer and internet literacy with the ability to utilize applications like emails, time recording and other programs to enter and retrieve data as necessary to perform the essential functions of the job
Desired Qualifications
- associates or bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in the human services field
