Direct Support Professional - Residential - Waterloo

Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Mozaic in Waterloo or Seneca Falls, NY, supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily routines, personal goals, and community participation. Duties include meal preparation, personal care, following care plans and safety guidelines, helping with transportation to appointments and activities, and providing encouragement, advocacy, and emotional support as part of a collaborative care team. Shifts include Evening (3 PM–11 PM) and Overnight (11 PM–7 AM); training is provided. Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED and a Valid NYS Driver’s License; experience with developmental disabilities is valued.
