Job Summary
Direct Support Professional at our residential home will work directly with clients in their home and community in 1:1 or group-living settings to support activities of daily living, develop emotional regulation and behavioral self-management, and encourage personal growth; requires High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with background checks required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Experience in Human Services industry preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
- Must be able to exercise independent judgment and use discretion in the performance of job duties while operating within the limits of standard practice
- Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage
