Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Residential position at UCS in Bennington, VT. Responsibilities include implementing Individual Support Agreements (ISAs), assisting with daily routines, medication administration, documentation, and group-home operations. Requires collaboration with the Group Home team, attendance at scheduled trainings, data entry for progress notes and summaries, and housekeeping/house management tasks. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Schedule: 16 hours per week, 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Wednesdays and Saturdays.
