Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) in a residential setting providing compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, household tasks, meal preparation, medication administration, transporting clients as needed, completing documentation, crisis intervention, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and trainings, and maintaining confidentiality. Emphasis on promoting dignity, privacy, and independence; location in the Philadelphia, PA area with full-time and part-time shifts available. Benefits package available based on employment status.
