Job Summary
Direct Support Professional to assist individuals in daily living, transportation, documentation, and medication administration in a residential setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, personal care, community engagement and recreational activities, meal preparation, maintaining a clean home environment, transporting individuals to appointments, administering medications (training provided), documenting accurately, and promoting dignity and person-centered support. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and a GED or high school diploma; strong communication and team-oriented qualities required.
