Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to school age in a center-based setting, collaborating with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement customized therapy plans. Use a play-based and naturalistic approach to help children progress in educational and social settings, and document progress for each child. Role includes paid training toward RBT certification, growth opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team culture dedicated to helping children with autism and their families. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required), and be willing to undergo background check and drug testing. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40+ hours per week, located in Marion, IA.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
- Experience with children preferred but not required
- Passion for working with children with autism and their families
- Ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing to seated, kneeling, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Background check and drug test at time of hire
