Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age, using play-based and naturalistic approaches within a center-based setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customized therapy plans, document and track each child’s progress, and guide educational and social transitions. Maintain core values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment while providing a safe, supportive environment with no evenings or weekends. Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred but not required
- Background check and drug test at time of hire
- Ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs
- Physical ability to perform movements (running, crouching, squatting, kneeling, bending, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
