Job Summary
Direct Support Professional needed in Otsego, MN to support adults living with mental illnesses in a safe, welcoming home. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, administering medications, transportation, documenting services, implementing and following care plans, and assisting the designated coordinator with scheduling, payroll, and delegation as needed. Position features a full-time schedule (day or evening shifts with rotating weekends/holidays), sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a DHS background and Motor Vehicle Records check
- Direct Support experience preferred but not required
- Must be physically able to perform all job duties, including lifting, transfers, and emergency interventions
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
