Job Summary
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Quality Care LLC, you will provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include offering companionship, assisting with daily living skills, light housekeeping, providing transportation, and supporting clients with their individual needs. Required qualifications include a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver person-centered care are essential.
