Job Summary
Provide exceptional care and ongoing support to residents with complex physical, medical, and intellectual challenges at Wolfe House. Implement individualized programs, assist with meals, and perform cleaning and laundry duties. Bathe, dress, and assist clients with personal hygiene while administering medication. Transport clients to appointments and activities, and participate in planning social, home, and recreational activities. Record all observations and daily progress notes to track skill development. Complete two weeks of paid training covering daily living skills, social engagement, and personal hygiene before starting employment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable means of transportation
- Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions
- Must pass a complete Background, Physical, and Drug screening
- Completion of training is required at the start of employment
