Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (PRN/On-Call) provides direct care in individuals' homes, assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals), supporting independent living skills, transporting to appointments and outings, administering medications as required, maintaining documentation, completing trainings, and communicating with individuals, families, and the care team to ensure high-quality care. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license if driving, ability to pass a background check, and strong communication/privacy skills.
