Direct Support Professional - PRN (On-Call)

Direct Support Professional (PRN On-Call) to provide in-home direct care and support, assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep), help clients develop independent living skills, transport to appointments and activities, administer medications as required, maintain documentation, and complete training. Requires effective communication with clients, families, and team members, and the ability to pass a background check. Valid driver’s license if driving is required.
