Job Summary
Provide hands-on Direct Support Professional care to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges, assisting with personal care, documenting progress, administering medications per policy, maintaining a safe environment, using behavior support techniques, and promoting community engagement. Role may involve travel between Residential and Day programs; part-time evening/weekend shifts (Thu-Fri 2p-9p, Sat 9a-9p). Requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving history. Required Qualifications
