Job Summary
Join Adjoin as a Direct Support Professional to provide exceptional services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include advancing clients’ decision-making and productivity, facilitating community inclusion, promoting independence while assisting with daily activities like meals and grooming, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Certification in First-Aid and CPR is needed (can be obtained after hiring). Candidates must have a reliable vehicle, a valid CA driver's license, and must pass a drug screen and background check.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Certification in First-Aid and CPR
- Insured, registered vehicle in safe working condition
- Proof of current CA driver’s license
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check

Additional Requirements
