Job Summary
As a Direct Support Professional/Cersonal Care Assistant (DSP/PCA) for clients with IDD, elderly, and disabled individuals, provide direct care and support including light housekeeping, meals, and personal care; accompany clients to appointments, walks, community activities, and errands; help clients live independently and participate in community activities; support clients to meet goals per their Service Plan through community integration, social engagement, and skill-building; maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and communicate effectively with clients and team; requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and current auto insurance, ability to pass background checks and clearances, and availability to work every other weekend and on holidays.
