Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (IDD) and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) roles in Clarion, PA and Seneca. Responsibilities include assisting with light housekeeping, meals, and personal care; accompanying clients on walks, to appointments, shopping, and community activities; supporting IDD clients to meet goals in their Service Plans; facilitating community integration, social engagement, and skill-building; promoting independence, dignity, and choice; maintaining a safe, clean environment; and providing empathetic, professional communication. Requires being at least 18, HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and current auto insurance, and ability to pass background checks. Offers flexible schedules with various shifts, paid training, 24/7 support from supervisors/trainers, overtime pay, shift differentials, bonuses, mileage reimbursement, voluntary supplemental insurance, and retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Availability to work every other weekend, on holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation
