Job Summary
Direct Support Professionals at People Inc. plan, coordinate, and implement activities to promote independence and productivity among individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include providing personal care, documenting services, assisting in daily living tasks, and maintaining a clean environment. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and meet physical requirements including lifting up to 35 lbs. Certification in CPR and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential skills.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- HS Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License that meets agency policy
- Certification in CPR
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
- Lifting requirement of 35 lbs

Additional Requirements
- Part time Direct Support professionals are required to work a minimum of 16 hours per week and not more than 29 hours per week unless otherwise specified by program
