Job Summary
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will assist individuals in daily living skills including cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation, while promoting their participation in social activities and community events. Your role supports people in reaching their personal goals following care plans that respect their choices and needs. A passion for helping others, reliability, patience, and teamwork are essential. No prior experience is required as paid training is provided, and opportunities for career growth within the organization are available.
Required Qualifications
