Job Summary
Provide hands-on support with daily living activities including hygiene, cooking, housekeeping, and laundry. Assist with medication administration, transportation to appointments, and behavioral support as needed. Encourage independence and community involvement by supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals. Foster a positive, respectful environment that promotes dignity, choice, and inclusion while safely lifting and assisting up to 70 lbs for mobility and transfers. Valid NYS driver's license with two years' experience required. Starting pay is $17/hour, rising to $20/hour with a BA or three years of experience. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of work experience
- A caring, upbeat personality
- Valid NYS driver's license for two years
- An acceptable driving record
