Job Summary
Provide training, assistance, and supervision to individuals receiving care in residential and community settings, focusing on living skills, therapeutic recreation, and daily activities like meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, and medication administration. Facilitate working relationships between employers and individuals served by accompanying them on outings or providing transportation to work and other activities. Work closely with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans. This role offers paid CRMA and DSP training, with a starting wage of $18.75 per hour and additional pay for certifications. Part-time positions are available. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver's License from state of residence for minimum 1 year and good driving record
- Must be minimum of 18 years of age
- Successful clearance of background checks

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills
