Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focusing on helping them grow, learn, and live well. Develop meaningful relationships with participants while assisting with personal hygiene, developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition, and community integration activities. Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs, ensuring they can enjoy their favorite activities. This part-time role includes Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, plus every other weekend shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Requires a high school diploma, six months of human services experience, and a valid driver's license with vehicle access.
