Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition assistance. Provide personal hygiene support and manage behavioral challenges for participants with complex needs. Build meaningful relationships and encourage community engagement while maintaining a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record. Work part-time 30 hours across Mon/Wed/Fri mornings and Saturdays/Sundays evenings. Requires high school diploma and six months of human services or direct care experience.
