Job Summary
Provide quality care, direction, and assistance for daily activities including bathing, feeding, dressing, medication administration, and housework. Help customers maintain appointments, arrange transportation, and achieve goals for improved community integration. Monitor surroundings and equipment to ensure safety, then submit written daily shift updates via an online platform. Adhere to ICM policies, HIPAA regulations, and SOPs while maintaining a clean environment. Work a rotating schedule of Saturday 9p-9a and Sunday 9p-11:45a in Rudy, AR.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance
- Understands and endorses ICM's mission and vision
- Follows all ICM policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Understands and complies with all HIPAA regulations
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
