Job Summary
Provide quality care, direction, and guidance to customers for daily activities including bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, medication administration, and housework. Assist clients with appointments, transportation, and community integration while achieving agreed-upon goals. Monitor surroundings and equipment to ensure safety, and submit written daily shift updates via an online platform. Adhere to all ICM policies, HIPAA regulations, and SOPs while maintaining a clean environment. Requires a high school diploma, prompt attendance, and strong communication skills. Schedule is Monday and Thursday evenings from 7 to 8 p.m. in Flippin, AR.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Understands and endorses ICM's mission and vision
- Follows all ICM policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Understands and complies with all HIPAA regulations
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance
