Job Summary
Direct Support Professional needed to provide direct programming and/or dietary, laundry, toileting, housekeeping, or other support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Part-time position (4pm–10pm, 24 hours/week) with weekend availability, located in Olmsted Falls, OH. Includes benefits such as 401(k) with 5% match after six months, PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, FSA, and professional development opportunities. Training for First Aid/CPR provided if not already certified. Requires at least 18 years old, HS diploma or equivalent, English communication, and a valid driver’s license; prior experience with IDD preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record
- First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing (training provided if not certified)
- Background check, drug screen, health screen (as applicable)
