Job Summary
Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care needs, and community involvement on alternating Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, plus Sundays from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Maintain professional records, assist with personal outcomes, and advocate for clients while ensuring safe transportation via a reliable vehicle. Requires a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, high school diploma, and completion of physical and drug screening. Required Qualifications
