Job Summary
Direct Support Professional role with part-time evening shifts (Wednesday-Thursday, 4pm-12am) in a residential habilitative program. You’ll help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent lives, following individualized care plans, providing coaching and personal-care support, coordinating evening activities, transportation to appointments and community outings, basic meal prep and light housekeeping, and documenting health and safety information. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid PA driver's license with a clean record, PA clearances, and a compassionate, reliable attitude; no prior experience required as paid training is provided. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years with no more than 3 points on driving record
- PA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI fingerprinting)
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
