Job Summary
Assist individuals with daily living skills including budgeting, cooking, and personal hygiene while supporting participation in home and community activities. Implement and document program plans as directed by the Residential or Community Living Manager. Provide advocacy, communication assistance, and job coaching to enhance socialization and independent living skills for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and advancement opportunities within Cardinal Services' Human Services setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to safely transport individuals
- Ability to work in a Human Services setting with favorable background screens
