Job Summary
Direct Support Professional responsible for providing comprehensive personal care and support to clients, promoting independence through role modeling, implementing client plans (Behavior Support Plans and Individual Service Plans), tracking and charting data, and assisting with activities of daily living. Part-time AM/PM shifts in Saint Cloud, MN, with a focus on compassionate care, teamwork, and helping individuals engage in community activities. Required to meet Minnesota licensing and background-check requirements; CPR/First Aid preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check with the MN Department of Human Services
- General computer skills and knowledge
- Reliable transportation insured in the state of Minnesota
- Proof of insurance and current driver's license
- Clear driving record (No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years)
- Fluency in reading, speaking, and writing in the English language
- Dynamic communication skills
- Working cell phone with internet access
